#75xxA   2 lb Foam Roof Panel

Same as the 1 lb density panel but uses 2 lb density foam.  2 lb foam is used in some cases to achieve greater span capabilities and added insulation value.

#7524  3” Insulated Roof Wall Channel

Channel used for attaching insulated roof panels to existing wall or fascia.  Thermally broken for a consistent separation between inside and outside surfaces.  Pre-pitched for 3/12 roof slope but can easily accommodate others.

#7524W  3” Insul Roof Hinged Wall Mount

This wall mount is used with #7524H to create a hinged hanging rail system for the 3” Insulated roofs.  This piece is mounted to the home, trailer, or building and engages with the hanging rail.

#7524H  Insul Roof Hinged Receiving Rail

Used in place of the #7524 Fixed hanging rail, this hinged hanging rail allows for greater flexibility when installing the roof.  This hinged mounting system also allows for smaller covers to be lowered, in essence “closing up” a camper for added security during extended periods of time away.

#7562  3” Insulated Roof Gutter

Provides a built-in 3”x5” gutter for the insulated roof system.  Fits flush with the bottom of the roof panels.

#7572  3” Insulated Roof Side Fascia

Finishes sides of roof and caps ends of gutter.  Project 2½” above the roof to direct water into the front gutter.

#7552  3” Insulated Roof Drip Edge Fascia

Extruded trim and closure used on the sides and front of roof. Duplicates fascia and roof edge profile.  Allows for the application of “K” style residential gutter.  Fascia is flush with TOP of roof.  A simple miter at the corners makes for a clean looking installation.

#7565  3” Insul Roof 3/12 Fixed Ridge Beam

Used to join roof panels together for gable roof installation as well as bay walls.  Thermally broken, pitch is 3” over 12” but will accommodate other pitches.

#7565-ADJ  3”  Adjustable Ridge Beam

Used to join roof panels together for gable roof installation as well as bay walls.  Thermally broken, pitch is variable and is designed to accommodate several different gable style roofs.  This beam is often used in conjunction with the Elite 2000 2.625” carry beams.
